REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
The provision of goods by Eli and You is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Eli and You will refund the client in full within 5 days.
Our return policy lasts 7 days for DOA (Dead on arrival)/ defective items ONLY.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please ensure that you purchase the correct items as refunds and exchanges will not be issued.
To be eligible for a return on a DOA or defective item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement which will be at our sole discretion.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and will be shipped to your original purchase address at our cost.
Should we not have a replacement item in stock at the time, a back order will be placed and you will be notified of an ETA
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you may vary.
You may cancel an order by email or telephone within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 10% of the price. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatch has occurred.
